London Pro Arte Choir is a friendly 50 member mixed voice North London choir based in Mill Hill in Barnet Borough. We sing a wide repertoire including major oratorios and modern music to a high standard. We normally perform four concerts a year with professional musicians and a singing trip.

Mill Hill Today said about our recent concert: The annual summer concert was performed in St Michael’s church to a very full and appreciative audience on a lovely summer’s day.  The London Pro Arte Choir is the jewel in the area’s musical life and history with a fantastic friendly group of singers.

NEXT CONCERT

Faure’s serene Requiem is loved by both listeners and performers, while Franck’s Panis Angelicus is always popular and performed at many ceremonies. Gounod’s Mass for St Cecilia, which is perhaps less well known, fits the 19th Century French theme of this programme beautifully. It’s great that we will be accompanied by Phoebe on our church organ, plus vocal soloists, as well as a trio of instrumentalists on harp, violin and cello, the ingredients for a very special evening.
